About
Feet in the water
At the end of Pampelonne beach, under the Camarat lighthouse, in an exceptional setting facing the sea, nestled in a completely preserved wild place amidst vegetation and rocks, lies the beach restaurant Le Migon with its terrace right on the water. It remains the last typical establishment in Pampelonne Bay; its thatched-roof style has preserved the soul of Pampelonne. Built about twenty years ago, it has managed to retain its authentic charm without any frills.
Cyrille will welcome you in a relaxed atmosphere to this family-run place where holidaymakers and locals mingle.
It is on its wooden terrace with an exceptional view over the whole of Pampelonne beach and its snow-capped mountains in the distance that you can discover a generous cuisine that mixes Provençal and Italian flavors, you can enjoy in all simplicity a seafood platter, pasta with clams or a hearty octopus salad.
The chef also offers grilled fish straight from the local fishing grounds, as well as beautiful spider crabs, lobsters and the famous bouillabaisse, a house specialty.
Open all year round, you can gather around the fireplace to enjoy a fish soup or a beautiful grilled rib of beef while admiring the raging sea on stormy days.
Thanks to its location and beautiful terrace, we can also organize weddings, baptisms and even divorces for you; do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
