FRIDAY, May 23
-5 p.m .: reception of boats and crews at the Jean Réveille jetty, crane operation.
-7 p.m. to 9 p.m .: welcome drink offered by the STVT and shared meals (reserved for participants) at the Jean Réveille jetty.

SATURDAY, May 24
- 8 a.m .: breakfast (reserved for participants) at the Jean Réveille pier.
- 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m .: self-guided tour of Saint-Tropez, Saturday market day.
- 10:30 a.m .: briefing.
- 11 a.m .: departure of the flotilla for lunch at anchor in the Bay of Canoubiers around the Tartane Sant-Troupes (bring your picnic).
-1:30 p.m .: The Tartane Sant-Troupes lifts anchor towards the navigation route.
- 2:00 p.m .: departure.
-4 p.m .: return to the port of Saint-Tropez.
-5 p.m. to 6 p.m .: guided tour of the Citadel (group departure on foot from the Jean Réveille jetty at 4:45 p.m.), access to the museum (free for all participants).
-7:30 p.m. - 8 p.m .: aperitif and paella for the crews on the quayside of the Jean Réveille pier offered by the STVT (with music
by Michel Martinez).
SUNDAY, May 25
-8 a.m. to 9 a.m .: Jean Réveille jetty, breakfast (reserved for participants).
-10 a.m .: briefing and departure for the navigation course in the gulf.
-1 p.m .: return of the flotilla, parade in the Old Port, aperitif and meal offered by the STVT.
- 1:30 p.m .: sardine party at the Jean Réveille pier.
-2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m .: awards ceremony at the Jean Réveille pier.
-3 :30 p.m.: end of the 2025 edition, lifting and departure of the boats to their respective ports.
Free evening on Sunday and Monday for participants who wish to extend the party.
ENTERTAINMENT for the public during the weekend:
“TONTON ROGER” seamanship and rope workshop:
This association is responsible for maintaining marine heritage through an exhibition on the history of ropemaking.
“UNCLE ROGER” trap workshop:
demonstration of traditional basketwork techniques and presentation of tools.
Association – La Barca dels Mestres d’Aixa:
marine carpentry demonstration by Jérémy Thiel & Cécile Crochat.
