Une bouteille à la mer
Description
The 1st living wine show on the Saint-Tropez peninsula
The Fondugues-Pradugues estate brings together for a day around thirty winegrowers from the four corners of France who all have in common the practice of healthy viticulture and the production of living wines!
Too often reduced to swimming pool rosé, the Saint-Tropez peninsula nevertheless produces quality wines from sustainable agriculture (certified organic and/or biodynamic) and vinified as cleanly as possible (use of indigenous yeasts, vinification method gentle, reasonable use of sulfur).
The BALM show wishes to highlight these living wines produced on the peninsula... and elsewhere!
We will indeed be exhibiting alongside winegrowers from all over Provence, Loire, Beaujolais, Rhône, Champagne, Burgundy, Languedoc-Roussillon and Jura (list of estates on our Instagram page).
The show is open to professionals (sommeliers, wine merchants and restaurateurs) but also to all wine lovers. You will all have the opportunity to (re)discover these wines and discuss directly with their authors.
Beyond a lounge, the BALM will offer its visitors a relaxed atmosphere, under the estate's pine forest with a food truck, a wine bar, music and a few surprises!
