Transversal techno concert + experimental electropop

With his new concept Vidéochose, the artist JACQUES promises “an unprecedented tasting of sound and light”! Her arrival will be a landmark at the Théâtre de Verdure, as she performed at the Gaîté Lyrique last January in Paris, selling out twice. His album “The Importance of the Void” was released in 2022 followed by “The Importance of the Void 2.0” in 2024: to be enjoyed, therefore, on all platforms while waiting for July 9!

The duo ARCHIL & LEON, who suggested that we invite JACQUES, will open. After “Blooming”, a first five-track EP released in 2022, the experimental electro-pop duo has just launched the single “Wild Child” as a preview of their second opus entitled “Pisces”, expected on platforms on June 7 at Zuma Music.

Through his astonishing lifestyle and his unfiltered speeches, Jacques has established himself as a singular artist who provokes reflection, perplexity, disgust and/or adoration.

If many remember his unusual hairstyle, it is above all his ability to constantly reinvent himself that we end up recognizing him.

Between his nomination for the Victoires de la Musique, his Vortex theory and his carefully disorganized sound experiments, Jacques is a free artist who navigates through the challenges he sets for himself.

For his new live performance, he now enjoys cutting, looping and putting to music short extracts from films, documentaries, YouTube videos or even videos from his everyday life. Alongside his objects, rockets taking off, dogs barking or babies crying become his new musical instruments... Jacques once again pushes his own limits to offer us a concert that is both noisy and dancing, where sound and the image interact live.

• Archil & Léon (first part)

ARCHIL & LEON is a pair of artist-songwriters. “Two sensitive and intuitive beings, a lunar duo who had everything to be on the same wavelength from day one.” Born under the sign of Pisces, ARCHIL, aka Adrien Liétar and LEON, aka Robin Betelu, met in Paris ten years ago.

Adrien grew up in Plan de la Tour. He launches his electro pop project (ARCHIL) in Paris. Quite quickly, Robin (Leon) joins him on stage on drums. They compose together and create ARCHIL & LEON in 2020 and release their 1st Ep “Blooming” in 2022. The 2nd, “Pisces”, comes out in June 2024. Adrien composes and invents instruments in his studio in Plan de la Tour, where he now lives.

Robin, drummer and composer, son of a family of musicians, was immersed in a musical atmosphere from an early age and began playing drums at the age of 7. He will be a student at the Dijon conservatory in Jazz drums and quickly begins to compose for himself, for choreographic or stage projects and creates music for videos and commercial teasers for major brands. Beyond the release of their titles, the duo he forms with Adrien, their complicity and their complementarity allows them to continue and share the adventure on stage.
