La fête de la Saint-Hubert
Grimaud
About
patron saint of hunters, foresters and hunting dogs.
Saint Hubert's Day celebrates the tradition of the patron saint of hunters, whose legend tells of his conversion after a miraculous apparition of a stag carrying a luminous cross.
Between blessings of animals, masses accompanied by hunting horn sounds and processions, this festival is also a moment of conviviality bringing together hunters, forest lovers and locals around traditions, music and local gastronomy.
Organized by the Saint John's Fires Association
